I had seen a dentist throughout my life but always with much anxiety. My last dentist did a terrible disservice to the dentistry profession and caused a significant amount of bad situations for my oral health. My gag reflex is extremely strong and I needed an alternative that would allow me to obtain the proper dental work without the anxiety and discomfort of dentistry while awake. Sedation dentistry gave me that solution and Beautiful Smiles was an excellent choice for this option. I was very anxious to have several years of dental work done at one time and the staff was excellent at calming my fears. Dr. Graver developed a treatment plan that included my input and the staff helped to execute that plan. My sedation appointment was flawless. I was never left alone which greatly reduced any anxiety I was feeling and when I woke up it was as if only a few minutes had passed. All the work was done and I was in no pain. I was allowed to take my time in recovery and not forced out the door before I was ready to leave. This was a very good experience and one that set the tone for future visits to Beautiful Smiles.

Amazing! Dr. Koop and all the assistants are amazing. I have had a life of bad dentists and created a severe phobia of going. They have been nothing but patient, kind and understanding to my fears. I just had wisdom removed and I was able to have it done in the office. Great aftercare and pain management. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

It was my first time at Beautiful Smiles. I went in because my current dentist didn’t do any oral surgeries. I found beautiful smiles in a Google search and I’m glad I did. When I called in the person on the phone was delightful. Once in the office, they addressed me immediately and I didn’t wait long. Before the dentist even approached me he sparked up a conversation with my daughter. You can tell he’s family-oriented by the photo in the waiting room and the fact that he has his daughter working with him. Everyone was friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Everything was explained to me perfectly and the staff was adaptive to my needs. After this procedure, I will be switching to make Beautiful Smiles my new dentist office.

Brought my son here for the first time today for a checkup. Everyone was very friendly, not at all judgmental or condescending like other dentists I have been to see. We were impressed with the courteousness of the staff and the dentist. We had no issues like the ones mentioned in other reviews.

UPDATE: I am now a patient as well and I cannot say enough good things about this office and staff. My main concerns were cost, pain management and after care, and the whole staff went out of their way to help me get financed, keep my procedure completely pain free and offer follow up care. Pam and Aileni did an awesome job chipping away years of tartar from my teeth and Dr. Graver explained every step of my procedures so I felt comfortable and prepared. Tina also helped me secure financing to make my visits stress free. The whole staff is fantastic. This dental office went above and beyond what I expected.

The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with billing questions. Dr Graver is personable and professional. I couldn’t believe how comfortable I was in the chair having surgery. It must come with experience and they have decades under their belts.
