Tara
Chief Financial Officer
Tara was born and raised in Illinois. She received her Associates Degree in Office Education in 1993. Tara coordinates the payroll and accounts payable functions at the practice. She is also heavily involved in coordinating patient care. Away from the practice, she is the mother of six wonderful children, a member of her church, and also enjoys stamping and scrap booking.
Aileni
Registered Dental Hygienist
Aileni grew up in Dover and graduated from Dover Area High School in 2011. She currently lives in Newberry with her husband and dogs. Aileni attended Harrisburg Area Community College and received her Associate’s degree in dental hygiene in 2015. In her free time she enjoys being with her family, cooking, hunting, fishing, and taking care of her garden and animals.
Jennifer
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)
Jennifer was raised in Woodbine and attended Glenelg High School in Howard County, Maryland. After a satisfying 15-year career as a restaurant general manager, Jennifer decided to attend the D.A.T.S. of MD & VA course before moving to Mechanicsburg with her loving boyfriend, Anth. As she learned more about dentistry, she discovered that it was her passion. She became radiology certified in 2019. Continuing education is important to Jennifer, leading her to receive her DANB infection control certification with plans to eventually become an expanded functions dental assistant. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, cooking, and learning new things.
Elaine
Registered Dental Hygienist
Elaine grew up in northern Pennsylvania but has now lived in the York area for the past seven years. She is a Dental Hygienist and has worked at Beautiful Smiles since 2010. She worked full-time before starting a family in 2013. She and her husband, Matt, now have three lively children aged 6, 4, and 2. When Elaine is not home with her adorable children she enjoys filling in at Beautiful Smiles and spending time with her friends and family.
Becky
Office Manager
Rebecca “Becky” Toms serves as the office manager at Beautiful Smiles. She has worked in dental management for over 10 years in the greater Harrisburg area. Prior to entering the dental field Becky attended college at Shenandoah Conservatory where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and a Master’s degree in Clarinet performance. While she still has a passion for music, Becky has submerged herself in the dental world. Her favorite part of practice management is evaluating office systems and protocols and implementing new strategies to provide the best experience for every patient. She loves getting to know patients and their families and looks forward to seeing them at each visit. Becky lives in Dillsburg with her fiancé Luke, and their three children.

Highly-Trained Staff
Our team members are here to help patients with all their dental needs. They are able to help you with all questions regarding your dental treatment, as well as insurance and billing.
EFDAs
EFDAs, which are Expanded Function Dental Assistants, can perform more simple treatments. This allows our doctors to see multiple patients at the same time.
Hygienists
Hygienists help patients to maintain a clean, healthy smile – even those suffering from periodontal issues.
